Dr. Gregory Greenwood

Gregory Greenwood (DMD, PharmD, MaCSD) is chief dental officer of Nexus Dentistry, a division of Dental Equities headquartered in the U.S. Dental Equities has developed a peer-to-peer platform intended to unite dental practitioners and support them in three ways: academically, administratively and financially. The Extraction Academy offers a clinical academic program of hands-on workshops conducted around the world and downloadable online lectures.

Greenwood is a native of New Orleans, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Xavier University of Louisiana in 1999. In 2007, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Greenwood currently lives and practices in Nevada with a clinical focus on surgery and dental implantology.

Greenwood enjoys sharing his clinical expertise in surgical and sedation techniques with his colleagues. He is an internationally prominent lecturer on the latest trends in oral, intramuscular, inhalation and intravenous conscious sedation in dentistry and mentor to clinicians who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in surgical procedures. This is particularly relevant in tooth extraction, which is arguably among the most difficult dental procedures to perform successfully.
