ABOUT THE HONG KONG DENTAL FEDERATION
The Hong Kong Dental Association (HKDA) was founded in 1950. Over 90% registered dentists in Hong Kong are our members, we are proud to be the only representative body from Hong Kong to Asia Pacific Dental Federation and FDI World Dental Federation. Since its establishment, the Association has been upholding its philosophy of aiming at the benefits of the community, encouraging lifelong learning of the profession, elevating professional skills and standards, and promoting public oral health with united effort. In 2012, we celebrate the 100th Anniversary of FDI Annual World Dental Congress: a unique event in the 2012 dental calendar, with international outreach and a truly global audience.
